This lodge is a renovated 1800s-era barn situated at the Valley View Area of Cascade Valley Metro Park.
Please note: Rentals are limited to one per day on each calendar day. If you wish to serve alcohol at your event, the reservation must be made at least three months prior to your event date.

- Summit Co. Resident: $750 weekdays, $1500 Friday through Sunday
- Non-Summit Resident: $1125 weekdays, $2250 Friday through Sunday
- Once the reservation is paid, there are no monetary refunds. Please review the terms & agreement form for full cancelation policy.
Capacity: 150 people, 23 tables
- Rental time frame available: 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
- Reservations for Himelright Lodge may be made beginning at midnight exactly 18 months in advance. Cancellation re-use events must also be scheduled 18 months in advance (to the day).
- Ceiling fans and air conditioning
- Refrigerator/freezer, microwave, 100- cup coffee urn (filters not required), food preparation counters, 10 electrical outlets for small cooking appliances, sink
- This space is approximately 67’ x 35’ with (15) 72” round tables that seat 10 each, 150 chairs, (6) 8’ x 2 1/2’ rectangular tables, (2) 6’ x 2 1/2’ rectangular tables, (4) 8’ x 1 1/2’ conference tables, (4) 6’ x 1 1/2’ conference tables.
- 80″ flatscreen monitor available upon request. WiFi available
- Restrooms are located indoors, with public access from outside
- Outdoor seating available under covered porch on two sides of the barn, with uncovered, lighted seating also available
- Alcohol permitted with an approved Special Use Permit. Must be 21 years or older for an alcohol permit.
- Outside the lodge, guests can enjoy a natural play area
Wedding Suite Rental
A wedding suite is available as an add-on for an additional $250 charge. There are two separate rooms; both rooms are included when reserved. Capacity is 15 per room. The suite is centrally heated and air conditioned. Restrooms are located directly next door inside the Himelright Lodge building. The rooms feature make-up stations, seating, garment racks, a changing area and refrigerator.
