- Summit Co. Resident: $375weekdays, $600 Friday through Sunday
- Non-Summit Resident: $563 weekdays, $900 Friday through Sunday
- Once the reservation is paid, there are no monetary refunds. Please review the terms & agreement form for full cancelation policy.

Reservation Period
- Rental time frame available: 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
- Reservations may be made up to one year in advance (to the day). Cancellation re-use events must also be scheduled one year in advance (to the day).

Wedding Suite Rental (For Wedding Use Only)
A single-room wedding suite is available as an add-on for an additional $50 charge. Capacity is 7. The suite is centrally heated and air conditioned. Restrooms are located inside the Coventry Oaks Lodge lobby. The room features three make-up stations, seating, a garment rack and a full-length mirror.
