This lodge is a cozy building sheltered by the trees and hills of Sand Run Metro Park.

Please note: Rentals are limited to one per day on each calendar day.

Summit Co. Resident: $178.50 weekdays, $241.50 Friday through Sunday
Non-Summit Resident: $267.75 weekdays, $362.25 Friday through Sunday
Once the reservation is paid, there are no monetary refunds. Please review the terms & agreement form for full cancelation policy.

Capacity: 64 people, 8 tables

Rental time frame available: 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Reservations for Chestnut Lodge may be made beginning at midnight exactly one year in advance. Cancellation re-use events must also be scheduled one year in advance (to the day).

Details

Ceiling fans and air conditioning
Refrigerator with freezer, sink, microwave, large coffee urn, and food preparation counters with electrical outlets
Restrooms are located in an adjacent heated building with hot and cold running water
Eight 6-foot round tables (each seats eight). Room is set up for 64 people, tables cannot be taken down or removed. No serving tables.
An attached picnic area includes nine picnic tables and three standard grills
A projection screen is available upon request. Please note, wi-fi is not available at this location.
