Meet Me in the Garden: The Influence of Nature on Our Well-Being

Based on the book, "The Well-Gardened Mind," the presenters will explore and share the tremendous influence that nature, plants and being in the garden can have on our mental health. Learn about documented cases where nature has transformed lives.
Children ages 3 to 6 and their adult companions will learn all about frogs’ fantastic winter adaptations. This program includes a craft, story and short walk. Please make other arrangements for younger children unable to remain in infant seats or strollers. Registration begins on 1/9.
Homeschoolers ages 7 to 12: The Lunar New Year is approaching and 2025 is the Year of the Snake! Let’s learn about these cold-blooded critters and their presence in culture through activities and a meet-and-greet with a real snake. Registration is required and begins on 1/10.
