Community Engagement Specialist
Under direction of the community engagement coordinator and community engagement manager(s), provide clerical, informational and operational support to staff, volunteers and patrons. Work at assigned nature/visitor center covering the information desk, aiding in programs throughout park district and providing customer service to the park staff, volunteers and public.

Reporting to the operations service manager, the forestry crew leader maintains and enhances park district lands and facilities by performing semi-skilled and skilled jobs in a manner which assures the highest standard of maintenance, safety and service to the public. Responsible for the maintenance and operations of assigned forestry related duties and responsibilities. Works with a team of technicians for the proper pruning and the safe removal of trees in the park district.

Serves as a Law Enforcement Commissioned Peace Officer enforcing State of Ohio laws (Ohio Revised Code,) and Park District rules and regulations. Boat Attendant
Be present at the boat facility at the designated park during the season to rent boats, sell merchandise and provide required safety equipment to users. To collect money, maintain records and prepare receipts. To maintain and clean boats, safety equipment and facilities.

Conservation Maintenance

Cultural Resources Field Tech
Working under the direction of the Chief of Conservation, the employee will assist with cultural resource management projects throughout the district in cooperation with the Cultural Resources Staff. Duties will include the collection of historic and precontact data from secondary sources as well as site specific field studies and personal interviews. The employee will be responsible for cultural resource data collection, documentation, and analysis.
